Christmas May Be Over, But...

...a woman's thirst for shopping never ends. Yes, Christmas is over and we’re already gearing up for the new year, yet I’m not done with my Christmas shopping; for myself, that is, because there is still one thing that I’ve been raring to have and that is a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, the kind you see in the photo. I’ve always preferred shoes with heels and I fell in love with this pair of casual sandals the first time I saw them. I just love the color and unique design. I do wonder though when I’ll finally be able to get hold of a pair of' em? I’ve been so busy lately but I can shop online if I want to.

Yes, I can do that but I’m also thinking that maybe someone will grant that wish of mine of having those Jeffrey Campbell Shoes. Paging my Big Angel! Hint, hint, HINT! LOL. He’s my fiance’ and he knows how busy I am lately with all the parties and stuff, and he also knows how I love shoes so much and how bad I want those Jeffrey Campbell sandals. Maybe he’ll do the honor of shopping for me, or maybe make it his New Year’s gift for me. Nah, he’s already given me a lot for Christmas and I can’t ask for more, but if he was to get the hint I wouldn't be one to refuse a gift from my sweet love. (“,)

A Good Night With Good Friends

We've been friends since college and we usually get together during special occasions only because of our busy lives. But we always make sure to see each other and have a simple Christmas party every year. And this year, we had it on the 22nd. We dined in at this restaurant famous for their delicious seafood dishes. We didn't only enjoy the food that night but the exchanging of gifts too because for a change, instead of giving a gift to only one, we gave gifts to everyone. So, each and every one of us took home four gifts. It was really fun!

We headed to a coffee shop afterward to have a glass of coffee. It was so nice to be with good friends once again. I do wonder though when our next Christmas party will be. (",)

Five More Days To Go...

...and it's already Christmas! But wait a minute, my countdown here says four days to go. It kind of messed up, eh? Well, I actually noticed that weeks ago but I didn't really mind until my niece told me. It's been here on my left side bar since...I really can't exactly remember when. September, October, November? Blame it on my memory gap.

But it's no biggy! The most important thing is, Christmas is a few more days to go and I can't wait for Christmas Eve or better yet, the Noche Buena. I'm smelling good food this early, you know! LOL. It'll be another fun-filled night with the whole family and it's not just about eating. There will also be games, singing galore at the videoke and of course, the exchanging of gifts.

Oh boy! I almost forgot that it's this blog's blogoversary today. I was gonna post a different thing in here only to realize that it's "My so-called Life's" second anniversary when I saw the widget from blogoversary.com.

Wow! Imagine that! This blog has been up for two years, meaning I'm blogging for two years now since this is my first ever blog. It seems like only yesterday that I first put my toes in the waters of the blogosphere and tested the waters. And now, after two years I've dived in head first. Yepper!

New Year, New Look

I know, I know! It's not the new year yet but what can I say? I really am excited to have this new layout installed. And since there's only one month left before the new year starts, so I think it's considerable. Hehe. I found this layout a week ago and I liked it instantly. My first plan was to actually install it in the new year, but I really can't wait. I bet you know the feeling of being itchy to have something done pronto.
